Since 1991, The Flameproof Companies have been manufacturing fire retardant and preservative treated wood products built to perform when it matters most. What started as a small treatment facility in Chicago has grown into a nationwide operation, with manufacturing and distribution facilities in Wisconsin, Texas, and Virginia.

Today, The Flameproof Companies specializes in high-performance treated lumber, plywood, OSB, and engineered wood products—delivering reliable solutions for demanding commercial, industrial, and code-driven construction projects across the country.
