Frequently Asked Questions

  • Connectors shall be galvanized steel conforming to ASTM A 653.          

  • Staining can be done once the materials are surface dry, painting must not be done until the surface and the internal wood is dry.  To paint please purchase materials that are KDAT or weight several months prior to painting.             

  • Cutting to length, drilling, ripping, and diagonal cuts as well as light sanding are permitted. Follow the manufacturers requirements for use of end cut solutions on any exposed areas after cutting.
